AZ2 stamping line
Azimuth stamping line solution
The AZ2 stamping line pairs our AZ2 two-point press with a feed system matched to your material. Feed options are selected based on material width and thickness, plus coil OD and ID.
The AZ2 has a wider bed and two connection points for wider coils, longer progressive dies, and bigger tooling. With a connection rod at each side of the slide, the press resists tilting when the load sits off-center. That keeps the slide parallel across the full length of a long progressive die, which protects both the tooling and part quality.
We start with the tooling. The die determines the tonnage, stroke, shut height, and feed length the line needs, so Azimuth designs the tooling first, then builds the right press, feed, and safety systems around it.
