Azimuth stamping line solution
The Model S is our compact servo press, from 6 to 44 tons, paired with a feed system matched to your material. Feed options are selected based on material width and thickness, plus coil OD and ID.
The servo drive replaces the flywheel and clutch with a programmable motor, so you control the slide's speed and position through the whole stroke. You can slow down for forming, pause at bottom dead center, or shorten the stroke to raise output. The result is better part quality, longer die life, lower noise, and lower energy use, in a footprint small enough to fit almost anywhere on the floor.
We start with the tooling. The die determines the tonnage, stroke, shut height, and feed length the line needs, so Azimuth designs the tooling first, then builds the right press, feed, and safety systems around it.
